Editorial Policy
This policy explains how Clean Longevity researches, writes, reviews, and corrects its content so that readers can judge our work fairly.
Sourcing
We build articles on primary evidence — randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses published in peer-reviewed journals — and we cite them so you can check the original. We treat animal studies, small pilots, and industry-funded claims with appropriate caution and label them as such.
Review
Every article is reviewed by the Clean Longevity Editorial Team for accuracy and balance before it is published. We show a review date where relevant and revisit key articles as new evidence appears.
Independence
Our editorial content is not for sale. We do not let advertisers or supplement brands dictate conclusions, and we disclose any material relationship where one exists.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change. Spotted an error? Tell us via our contact page.
Not medical advice
Everything we publish is educational and general in nature. It is not a substitute for individual medical advice — please read our medical disclaimer and talk to a qualified clinician before changing your regimen.
